What We Do
Comprehensive Waste Management
We design integrated systems that cover the full lifecycle of waste: segregation, collection, transfer, treatment and final disposal. Our scope spans municipal solid waste (MSW), industrial & commercial waste (ICI) and inert/C&D materials, with tailored service levels for cities, estates, plants and large developments.
Scheduled Waste (Hazardous) Services
JPR provides advisory and operational support for scheduled waste in line with Malaysian regulations. We help classify, label, store, manifest and transport hazardous streams, select approved treatment/disposal options, and maintain auditable records to meet DOE requirements.
Facility Design & Construction
Our team plans and builds waste facilities that are safe, durable and cost-effective:
• Sanitary landfills (liners, leachate systems, gas management)
• Transfer stations and material recovery facilities
• Leachate/WWTP upgrades and ancillary infrastructure
• Inert fills and engineered cells for special wastes
We manage feasibility, permitting, detailed design, procurement and site delivery—optimising earthworks, geosynthetics and phasing to reduce capex and opex.
Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Beyond construction, we operate facilities to high performance standards: compaction and cover routines, traffic safety, stormwater control, leachate treatment, landfill gas monitoring, environmental sampling and reporting. Our O&M model focuses on uptime, compliance and cost discipline.
Collection & Logistics
JPR runs route-optimised collection for MSW, ICI and inert waste, including bin supply, fleet dispatch, GPS/telemetry and service-level tracking. For scheduled waste, we coordinate compliant pickups, documentation and chain-of-custody to approved receivers.
Landfill Remediation & Rehabilitation
We assess legacy sites and implement practical remedies—cover improvements, drainage, leachate control, slope stabilisation, gas venting and surface re-vegetation—reducing environmental risk while extending safe use and easing post-closure obligations.
Landfill Mining & Resource Recovery
Where feasible, we mine older waste cells to recover airspace, stabilise materials, and divert recyclables or soil-like fractions. Our approach integrates screening, processing and controlled re-placement to unlock capacity and accelerate rehabilitation.
